1. Scope & Covered Properties

Welcome to Meluha Motels. By accessing our website, creating an account, or reserving accommodations with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern reservations across all our hospitality units:

• Meluha Motels (Base Motel): Plot No. 54, Sector - 2, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai - 410206. (Private AC Rooms & AC Single Bed Hostel/Dorm Stays).
• Sanjana Villa: Kharbao, Thane, Maharashtra. (Exclusive Private Luxury Villa with Private Pool & Lawn).
• Amritalay Palace: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. (Heritage Bungalow Palace Stay).

2. Booking Eligibility & Identification Requirements

Reservations can be completed online via our platform or through our front desk team. To ensure a seamless stay, the following verification rules apply:

• Primary guests must be at least 18 years of age at the time of reservation.
• Mandatory Government ID Verification: All adult guests must present a valid, original physical government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License). As per local law enforcement mandates, PAN Cards are not accepted as valid proof of identity.
• Guests must provide accurate personal contact information (Full Name, 10-digit Mobile Phone Number, and Address) during online booking.

3. Check-in, Check-out & Capacity Guidelines

• Standard Check-in Time: 12:00 PM (Noon)
• Standard Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
• Occupancy Limits: Each room type has a maximum capacity for Adults and Children (e.g., Private AC Room allows up to 2 Adults, 1 Child; Hostel Single Bed allows 1 Adult). Extra guests exceeding room capacity will not be permitted without prior front-desk approval and additional tariff payment.
• Weekend Tariff Rate: Saturday and Sunday nights are subject to weekend pricing as displayed on room detail pages and pricing breakdown cards.

4. Maintenance Mode & Site Shutdown Policy

During mandatory property maintenance or system upgrades, administrators may enable Site Shutdown / Maintenance Mode. In maintenance mode, new online room reservations are temporarily disabled across the site. Confirmed prior reservations remain unaffected and will be honored as scheduled.

5. Guest Conduct & House Rules

• Illegal activities, loud commercial events without prior permit, or possession of prohibited substances are strictly banned on all property premises.
• Sanjana Villa Swimming Pool Safety: Guests using the private pool at Sanjana Villa do so at their own responsibility. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near pool areas.
• Any loss or damage to hotel property, furniture, or equipment caused by guests will be assessed and charged directly prior to check-out.
